Photography captures a fleeting moment in time. It locks in an emotion and reveals the spirit of a person, an object or a place. Photography can tell a story, or leave it up to the viewer to decide what the story may be. It sparks imagination, begins conversations... or ends them. Photography can motivate or immobilize. In my photographs I attempt to capture that spirit, freezing it in a moment in time, and asking the viewer to imagine the story held within.
